Responsibilities:
This is a new position for an achiever who wants an exciting career in marketing and public relations. The person who is hired to fill this position will be responsibile for maintaining our contact management databases and working with our team to keep the corporate website and corporate marketing records up-to-date. This person will also be involved in developing marketing and PR materials, conducting internet searches, assist in preparation of marketing proposals to pharmaceutical companies as well as working with the national media. Professional attire is required.
Key Attributes of a Successful Candidate:
* Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
* Marketing database management experience
* Degree in healthcare and/or degree in marketing or MBA.
* Strong command of English and medical terminology
* Team player with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and develop revised priorities depending on changes in daily schedule
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Professional attitude and ability to communicate professionally with our clients and the media
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook. ACT! is a plus
