GET THE MOST FOR THE PRESCRIPTION DOLLAR

Consumer Health Information Corporation has been awarded a contract by the Canadian Pharmaceutical Association to develop a multi-faceted program to help consumers and corporations get the most value for their prescription dollar.

The program will describe the types of pharmacy services consumers need from the community pharmacist in order to decrease drug-related complications, decrease overall health care costs and improve quality of life.

Consumer Health Information Corporation, founded in 1983, specializes in the development of programs to help consumers understand how to manage their prescription medications and nonprescription drugs correctly. The specialized team of distinguished physicians and pharmacists has developed a wide variety of consumer publications and patient counseling tools in the United States and Canada. The company is also frequently invited to serve as a resource to consumer publications, newspapers and television.
